The NBA regular season is in full swing, and the Rockets and the Mavericks are about to play. Before the game, the Mavericks coach Kidd was interviewed by the media, on the team’s injury situation.
Jason Kidd said PJ Washington will be out for the rest of the game. Washington has missed 13 of the past 18 games and the last six. “One of the reasons Washington didn’t play today was because our previous game against the Sixers was in the middle of the day, so it was unlikely he would play back-to-back and the team decided to rest him again tonight,” Kidd explained.
When it came to his injury, Kidd gave a positive sign: “He continues to recover and develop in the right direction, but he’s still unavailable.”
