Smart and Stewart, Holland conflict, both eat technical fouls

In the NBA regular season, the Wizards took on the Pistons in a heated battle. During the game, Smart exchanged words with the Pistons’ Stewart and Horan, which eventually led to a technical foul call.

It started when Smart was knocked over by Stewart after finishing a toss. As he got up, Smart angrily yelled at Stewart, “Don’t do that again. It’s a foul.” Mr. Stewart ignored it, but tensions had risen.

Later, in the clash with Holland, the two men became more emotional. The players on both sides hurriedly intervened and separated the two. Yet despite the separation, the two sides continue to trash talk each other. At this point, Schroder quickly pulled Smart away to avoid further deterioration.

Remarkably, Stewart was already back on the bench. But Smart didn’t stop there, trying to keep up the fight with Stewart over the crowd. Despite being separated again, Stewart received a technical foul for the confrontation.

At the end of the first half, the Pistons led by 17 points, 66-49. In the clash, Smart played 9 minutes, 3 of 5 shooting for 7 points and an assist; Horan played 7 minutes, 1-for-4 shooting had two points and an assist; Stewart had seven points, three rebounds and one assist on 3-of-5 shooting in nine minutes,

The clash certainly added some acrimony to the game, but it also served as a reminder of the need for players to remain calm and sane during the game. I hope both sides can focus on the game itself in the next match and bring more exciting moments to the fans.
