Portuguese sports officials have confirmed that Kunda and Esugo will be transferred to Chelsea for a total transfer fee of 74 million euros (74,408,816.32 euros, about 74.41 million euros), including about 6% of the intermediary service fee.

Transfer fee: €52,136,541.32 (approximately €52.14 million)
Composition: Fixed part €50,777,700.00 (approximately €50.78 million), variable part €1,358,841.32 (approximately €1.36 million), variable part will be paid according to the performance of the player in the 2025-26 season.
Arrangements: Kunda will continue to play for Sport Portugal until the end of the 2025-26 season.
Solidarity Mechanism costs: split equally between Sporting Portugal and Chelsea,
Cost of intermediary services: 3.55 million euros.
Esugo transfer details
Transfer fee: €22,272,275.00 (approximately €22,270,000)
Payment time: At the end of this season.
Arrangements: Esugo will remain on loan at Las Palmas for the remainder of the 2024-25 season before officially playing for Chelsea from 2025-26.
Solidarity Mechanism costs: to be shared equally between Sporting Portugal and Chelsea,
Cost of intermediary services: nearly 1 million euros.
Kunda has excelled in Portuguese sport this season, scoring two goals and eight assists in 43 appearances, and is currently valued at 30 million euros. Esugo is currently on loan at Las Palmas and has made 17 appearances for an estimated 8 million euros.
