1. General Bonus and Promotions Terms

1.1.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions of the bonus.

1.2.

Evo reserves the right to (i) offer bonuses to select players, (ii) refuse a bonus or (iii) rescind any bonus at any time in its absolute discretion, provided that a player has not yet started wagering towards a bonus or started using bonus funds, after accepting a bonus that was credited to the player’s account.

1.3.

Each bonus is subject to:

2. Qualifying Requirements

2.1.

To qualify for a bonus, you must be 18+ years old and have an account with Evo.

2.2.

A player is eligible to receive each bonus once unless stated otherwise in the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions.

2.3.

All bonuses and promotions are limited to one per person, family, household address, e-mail address, telephone number, payment account number, device, shared computer, shared IP, etc., as the case may be.

2.4.

Opting in to a promotion does not guarantee participation in the promotion if your account is flagged as “not eligible to receive promotions”, as per Evo’s reasonable discretion.

3. How a Bonus Works and Wagering Requirements

3.1.

Your balance is comprised of “Real Balance” and “Bonus Balance”.

3.2.

All funds that you deposit into your player account make up your real balance. Funds that you receive under a bonus make up your bonus balance.

3.3.

When you play games, funds are wagered from your real balance first and then from your bonus balance.

3.4.

Each bonus will be subject to wagering requirements which will be set out in the Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions for each bonus.

3.5.

You may withdraw sums from your real balance at any time in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy. However, once you make a withdrawal from your real balance any associated bonus funds in your bonus balance will be canceled, which includes any winnings associated with bets placed using bonus funds.

3.6.

If your bonus is not bound to one or several specific games, all games count towards completing your wagering requirements. However, wagering for some games will not count in full towards your wagering requirements (see table below).

3.8.

4. Casino Betting Restrictions - Play Restrictions

4.1.

Bonus funds are designed to be enjoyed in regular gameplay, and have betting restrictions in place that you have to adhere to when completing your wagering requirements.

4.2.

The following betting restrictions apply for customer playing with bonus funds while completing wagering requirements:

4.2.1.

Slots games or videopoker: you may not bet more than 5 USDT per spin on any game round on any slots or videopoker games.

4.2.2.

Table, Card or any other games: when playing with a deposit bonus, you may not bet more than 10% of the amount you deposited, in order to secure the deposit bonus, in a single bet or round on any table or card game or any other game.

4.2.3.

Table, Card or any other games: when playing with free bonus funds you may not bet more than 10% of the bonus in a single bet, spin or round.

4.2.4.

Evo reserves the right to include any additional betting restrictions in relation to any bonus it offers to its players. If Evo chooses to add additional betting restrictions to any of its bonuses, it will set out these additional betting restrictions in the Specific Bonus Terms and Conditions of that bonus.

4.2.5.

Failure to comply with any betting restrictions applicable to a particular bonus may result in your winnings being voided by your activity. Any case highlighted to have breach these betting restrictions will be reviewed by Evo.

4.2.6.

In accordance with Evo’s risk-based approach to combating systematic abuse and irregular gameplay, players using certain payment method types will be restricted in their ability to participate in promotional offers.

5. Casino Betting Restrictions - Abusive or Irregular Gameplay

5.1.

Bonuses are awarded to enhance your enjoyment in our games. We reserve the right to stipulate how a bonus is utilized by a player.

5.2.

We reserve the right to restrict certain types of bonus funds wagering from contributing to wagering requirements.

5.3.

Evo has the right to review transaction records at any time for any reason. If Evo believes that you are engaging in irregular gameplay for the purpose of abusing a bonus it may, in its sole discretion, block, suspend, withhold or withdraw any bonus funds and confiscate all winnings earned through irregular or abusive play.

5.4.

Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to:

5.4.1.

Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less contribution to wagering requirements) to a high weighted game (70% or more contribution to wagering requirements) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements.

5.4.2.

Low risk Roulette bets. Any outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table.

5.4.3.

Delaying any game round inside any type of game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when there are no more wagering requirements and/or making new deposits while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

5.4.4.

Where bonus funds are used by the customer to progress through the bonus stages/collectable features and then return to the final stage to complete the collection feature with real funds bets, with the aim of returning associated winnings in real balance once bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering requirements have been met.

6. Collusion and Fraud

6.1.

Any attempts to abuse any Evo bonus, promotions, offer or competition through collusion and/or fraud is strictly prohibited and any customer deemed to be engaging in such activity may result in their balance being voided, player account being permanently closed and the matter being reported to the relevant authorities.

6.2.

Examples of such activity include but are not limited to:

6.2.1.

Playing in collusion with other players or as part of a syndicate or group of any kind.

6.2.2.

Engaging in any kind of identity fraud or similar fraud involving use of another’s identity, fraudulent creation of multiple accounts, etc.

6.2.3.

Taking advantage of any website system or software bug or failure, or introducing a bug or failure into the website system or software.
